Hello again readers. In the previous post, I talk about Indonesia Badminton Legend.Now in this post i will talk about Indonesia badminton player who play until now. In this first part, I will talk about palyer who play in mixed double's. There are Tantowi Ahmad , Liliyana Natsir, Muhammad Rijal , and Debby Susanto.
Tantowi Ahmad
Tantowi Ahmad was born in Banyumas 18 July 1987. With his partner, Liliyana Natsir he has won many awards in any competition. He began play Badminton because of encouragment of his parent.His club is PB Djarum. First time play for Indonesia is in Junior Asia Cup 2005. After in that cup, Tantowi almost never miss the championship in mixed doubles. He said that the disappointing match is Dutch Open because he can't spend all of his strength. While in the most memorable match, is in Vietnam Open. Because he think that he will lose in Semifinal, but finnaly he won that match with Liliyana Natsir. A few days ago, he with Liliyana Natsir won the England Open, after Christian Hadiputra and Imelda Wiguna won it 33 years ago. There are some awards that he achieve with Liliyana Natsir. There are Vietnam Grand Prix Open (2008), Kejurnas (2009), Macau Open Grand Prix (2010), and Gold Medal in Sea Games (2011).
Liliyana Natsir
Liliyana Natsir was born in Manado, 9 September 1985. He is from Club Tangkas. With Tantowi Ahmad, he won many awards. She began play badminton in 9 years old. Her fierst club is PB Pisok Menado.Lilyana move to Jakarta to join with PB Tangkas. While in Jakarta, he quit from school and she concentrate to play Badminton. In 2002 she join with Pelatnas at Cipayung. She ever play with Nova Widiyanto and she win world championsip badminton in mixed double's. After that she paly with Tantowi Ahmad until now. Even play with Tantowi Ahmad, they ever be ranking two in the world. There are others awards that she achieve. There are champion of Asia Junior with Markis Kido (2002), Champion Singapore Open (2004), Gold Medal in Sea Games (2007,2011),Asia Champion (2006).
Muhhamad Rijal
Muhammad Rijal was born in Tangerang 25 May 1986. He play with Debby Susanto in mixed doubles. He play badminton because of his grandfather encouragement. His club is PB Djarum. He join with PB Djarum in 2001 and first time play for Indonesia in 2002. He said his dissapointing match is All England 2007 because he can't spend all of his strength and his memorable match is Swiss Open Super Series 2007. His last achievment is in YONEX German Open in 2012 with Dessy Susanto. His others achievment is Champion Japan Super Series (2007), Champion of Kejurnas between Club (2010), Gold Medal in Sea Games (2011).
Debby Susanto
Debby Susanto was born in Palembang 3 May 1989. She play with Muhhamad Rijal in mixed double's. Her club is PB Djarum. She play badminton because badminton was her hobby. She join with PB Djarum in 2006 and she first time play for Indonesia in World junior Championship in Korea (2006). She said her dissapointing match is in Smiling Fish Asian Satellite Championship 2007 and her memorable match is Semifinal German Junior 2007 because it was her first time play in Internasional competition. There are rewards that she achieve. There are Champion Kejurnas (2006), Champion ASEAN Junior (2007), Champion Vietnam Challenge (2009),Silver Medal in Sea Games (2011), and Runner-Up India Open Grand Prix Gold (2011)
Hello again readers... In this post, I will post about Indonesia Famous Legend Part Two. In the previous post I talk about Indonesia badminton legend player who play in men's single and women's single. Now I will talk about Indonesia badminton legend player who play in men's double, women's double, and mixed double . From men's double there are Ricky Subagja and Rexy Mainaky. In women's double there are Lili Tampi and Finarsih, and while in mixed double there are Christian Hadinata and Imelda Wiguna.
Ricky Subagja
Ricky Subgaja was one of the men's double player who always play paired with Rexy Mainanky. He was born in Bandung, West Java 27 Januari 1971. His badminton club is PB Tangkas . He managed to win the world's most prestigious tournaments, such as Olympic Gold Medal (1996), Asian Games (1994, 1998), World Champion (1995), All England Champion (1995, 1996). Now after resigning from Pelatnas, Ricky chose to keep going out for badminton by selecting a coach in Batam. I will mention the other awards that achieved by Ricky Subagja. There are Sudirman Cup (1989, 1991, 1993, 1995, 1997), SEA Games (1993, 1995, 1997). Now he work as a television sports presenter.
Rexy Mainaky
Rexy Mainaky was Ricky Subagja partner while play in men's double. He was born in Ternate, 9 Mach 1963. After he resigning too from Pelatnas, he become a badminton coach in Malaysia.

Lili Tampi
Lili Tampi was one of th legend player who can play in mixed doubles and women's double. But, hr specialized was play in women's double. She was born May 19, 1970 in Tasikmalaya West Java. Her partner while in women's double are Finarsih. End of 1995 he had a injury and that makes her performance going down. In Uber 1996 , she was the key to the victory with her partner Finarsih.
Finarsih
Finarsih was a legend player who play with Lili Tampi in women's double. There are some awrds that they achieved. There are Dutch Open (1993), the World Badminton Grand Prix (1993), the Indonesia Open(1993, 1994), the Chinese Taipei Open (1994), and the Badminton World Cup(1994, 1995).
Christian Hadinata
Christian Hadinata was a plegend player that specialized in mixed doubles and can play in men double. He was born in Sempor, Central Java 11 December 1949. He play in era 1970- 1986. Now he was the PBSI administrator and badminton coach in PBSI. There are some awards that he achieved. Like Asia mixed doubles champion in pairs with Retno Kustiyah (1971), Asia mixed doubles champion in pairs with Retno Kustiyah(1974),All England mixed doubles champion pair up with Imelda Wiguna(1979).
Imelda Wiguna
Imelda Wiguna was the legend player that was play in mixed double and women's double. She was born in Slawi, Tegal , Central Java 12 October 1960. Her partner in mixed doubles are Christian Hadinata and Rudy Heryanto. But, while play with Chritian Hadinata he can achieve many achievments like Canadian Open champion (1979),All England champion (1979), SEA Games champion (1979), World Championship winner(1980),All England finalist (1980).All England finalist (1981),Bronze medal World Games(1981). After her retire from badminton, he ever had a career as a bank employee before becoming Evangelist.
Hello again. Now in this part, I will mention some famous Badminton Legend who play in men's singles and women's singles. From men's singles there are Rudy Hartono and Liem Swie King, while in women's singles there is Susanti.
Rudy Hartono
Rudy Hartono was Indonesia Badminton Legend Player, who was born in Surabaya August 18, 1949. He was the son of the third of nine children. He began playing badminton in 9 years old. He practiced at the Oke Badminton Association that portion is determined by his father's training. After joining a long with the Oke Badminton Association , he decided to move to Grup Rajawali.Late 1965, he decided to move to the Thomas Cup Training Center.Shortly after moving, the better he looks. At 18 years old, he managed to win the All England champion title. After that, he continued to win this title until 1974. Other awards he received was title of U.S. open and Canadian open.
Liem Swie King.
Liem Swie King was another Indonesia Badminton Legend Player. He was born in Kudus February 28 1956 . He become famous after challenging Rudy Hartono in the 1976 All England final in the age-20. Liem Swie King achieved many achievements during 15 years in badminton. First achievement is the first champion Central Java (1972). At the age of 17 years (1973), he won the second champion of the National Sports Week. After that, Liem Swie King recruited into national training based in Hall C Senayan. He also won the National Championship 1974 and 1975. There are antohers achievments, like World Cup champions, champions Indonesia Open, World Championship Semi Finals, Finalists SEA Games. He was dubbed the king of smash. In order to guarantee the future, he resigned as a national badminton player in 1988. Although he could not immediately find a business to achieve its goals. A year after quitting, the King could hardly be said unemployed. Because the skills and knowledge he had was the sport of badminton. Then he began to participate in managing a hotel in South Jakarta's Melawai Street. After that, he expanded the business by opening a massage griya health. Now his business has employedmore than 400 employees. He work in Grand Wijaya Centre Office Complex in South Jakarta.
Susi Susanti
Susi Susanti was another Badminton Legend Player who play in women's singles. She was born in Tasikmalaya 11 February 1971. She loves the game of badminton since elementary school. Support of his parents made him determined to become badminton athletes.He also started his career in her uncle badminton club's , PB Tasikmalaya Tunas. After practicing for 7 years there and won the junior badminton championships, in 1985 he moved to Jakarta. At that time he was two junior high class, but have been thinking seriously on the world of badminton. Early in his career in 1989, Susi has managed to become championin the Indonesian Open. Moreover thanks to the tenacity andperseverance, Susi had participated and contributed to the team title of the Sudirman Cup for the first time Indonesia and have notrecurred to date. After that he began to rule the world women'sbadminton competition by winning the All England four times (1990, 1991, 1993, 1994) and became World Champion in 1993. Susi arguably peak of his career occurred in 1992 when she won the women's singles badminton at the Barcelona Olympics, 1992. Susibecame the first gold medalist for Indonesia at the Olympics.Interestingly, Alan Budikusuma which is when it's her boyfriend, alsoa champion in the men's singles. They managed to marry the men's singles champion and daughter of badminton at the Barcelona Olympics. Foreign media dubbed them as "Olympic Suite", an a nickname which happens to be a reality in the future.Susi again managed to win a medal, this time a bronze medal at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, United States. In addition, Susi participate incised achievement by winning the Uber Cup in 1994 and 1996. Dozens of titles are also successful grand prix series he achieved throughout his career. In May 2004, the International Badminton Federation (nowBadminton World Federation) honored Hall Of Fame to Susi Susanti.
